In honor of Kobe Bryant's passing, I will share this article
先日死去したコービー・ブライアントへ追悼の意でこの記事をシェア致します。
I know there are many people that are mourning his death. However, as a "basketball person", I'd like for each Academy student to understand what Bryant DID in order to be successful and let that be inspiration for you and not sorrow.
彼の死で多くの方々が悔んでいると思います。しかし、自分は「バスケ人間」としてアカデミー生の皆さんにブライアント氏がどのようにして名を残したのかを理解をして欲しいと思っています。これを機会に寂しさではなくインスパイアをして貰えたらと思います。
I played for Joe Bryant, Kobe's father, when I was with the now-defunct Tokyo Apache and heard of how pride he was of his son. I've never met Kobe myself but I pray for Coach Bryant his wife Mrs. Pamela, and Kobe's wife and daughters.
私は、過去に現在は無くなってしまっていますが東京アパッチというチームでコービーの父であるジョー・ブライアントの元でプレイをさせて頂きました。コービー元選手には直接お会いした事はないですがブライアントHCがコービーの事を誇らしく語った事を思い出します。ブライアントHC、母親のパメラ夫人、そしてコービーの残された奥様とお嬢様らの為にご冥福をお祈り致します。
